Shipping Information

Allow 10 days for delivery of in-stock items. You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and of their expected delivery date. These items will be placed on back order if requested. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Orders Inside Australia

We use Australia Post for orders inside Australia for all deliveries – Eagle Wools will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post.

Orders Outside Australia

International orders may incur an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Duty is not paid by us and is the responsibility of each individual customer.

We use DHL for all deliveries outside Australia -  Eagle Wools will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by DHL.

DHL typically takes 3 days to deliver, and has an excellent tracking system so that you know where your parcel is at all times.
